WATER SUPPLY LOAN.
In connection with the water supply loan now being asked for by the City Council Dr Charles Chilton will deliver a lecture entitled “ Some Questions for the Waterworks Committee,” on some date before the poll on October 9, 1924. Particulars of the time and place will be given in future advertisements. The lecture will be free and all ratepayers are invited to attend.
