A CHANGE IN THE WEATHER. The weaklier was wintry again to- i day. ‘ i The frost registered this morning was 4.9 degrees. The minimum air temperature during the night was 39.»7, at 11 p.m. The thermometer then began to rise, but by 6 a.m. it was nearly back to the 11 p.m. level. The mercury was rising again at 8 a.m. A light son’-west wind was blowing i this morning. It brought misty clouds j with it. ________
