CONCERT AND BALL AT LEESTON.
On Monday night a concert and ball was held in the Leeston Town Hall in aid of 1 the produce stall lor the coming j Catholic bazaar. The hall was t*eautifullv i decorated in-evergreens and a red banner i with golden letters of welcome was esJ tended across the stage. Mr T. Owens ( (secretary) presided, and introduced, the i Ambrosian Orchestra, from Christchurch, jto a crowded house*.
