Thomas, Secretary of State ior the Colonies, has called a further meeting of I>ominion representatives, uc the Colonial Office, in regard to the representation of the Dominions at the conference, in connection which over one hundred foreign official visitors will be in Londoji by tomorrow. It is expected that the following will represent their countries : Britain.—Mr MacDonald, Prime Minister, and Mr P. Snowden, Chancellor of the Exchequer. United States. —Mr F Kellogg, Ambassador, and Colonel Logan. France.—MM. Herriot, elemental And Nollet and possibly Marshall Foch Italy.—Signors Destefani (Finance Minister) and Denava, find the Mar chese Dellatoretta Japan.—Mr Hayastii Ishii. -Belgium.—MM. Thunis and Hya?r.* Portugal, Rumania, Servia and Che-ece also will be represented,
