Herriot, elemental And Nollet and possibly Marshall Foch Italy.—Signors Destefani (Finance Minister) and Denava, find the Mar chese Dellatoretta Japan.—Mr Hayastii Ishii. -Belgium.—MM. Thunis and Hya?r.* Portugal, Rumania, Servia and Che-ece also will be represented,
