According to authoritative advices the Brazilian revolutionists have won fresh victories. The Government forces have been badly defeated and the situation in Sao Paulo every moment is getting worse. The rebels, after establishing a provisional Government in Sao Paulo City, are advancing upon Santos, which is the supply base of the Government troops. The latter are fighting an unsuccessful rearguard action.
