Alexandroff shortly visits London, America and: the other leaders will go to different European countries. The leaders’ change of action followed upon, advice given by certain prominent foreign j sympathisers that the moment was not ripe for armed action. They may, however, find difficulty in restraining the extreme elements who are \-laniuuring for a more extreme policy.
