This year there are only 63 students in the first } ear classes at the Sydney medical school. Since the course was extended to six years, there has been a noticeable falling off in the number of students presenting themselves for matriculation in the faculty of medicine Tlie general students’ roll of the University has been decreased by sonic jours.
