TO CLEAN WALLPAPER.

Wallpaper may be much improved by being cleaned with bran. The bran should be sprinkled on a dry. flat sponge and rubbed over the wallpaper, directly the bran appears soiled it should be throw n away and a fresh supply obtained. Finger marks that cannot be removed by the application of bran should be gently taken out with indiarubber. REMOVING INK SPOTS. Ink spots on wallpaper will often yield to a weak solution of oxalic acid and water. This should be applied with a paint brush, two or three applications at times being necessary, and should not bo left on for more than a moment, ns it .may affect the colour of the paper. Tho best plan is to press white blotting paper over the spot after each application
