The following were ' elected to the vestry at tho annua! meeting of tho parishioners of St Thomas's Church, Dunsandel: Messrs W. Owers, B. E. Jeinkins, W. Ballock, D. Westenra, J. Thomson, F. E. Owers, C. Wright. N. Brown, J. Hill, D. M’Laughlain; honorary auditor, Mr F. E. Owers.
The following are the office-bearers of the Fai Tapu Methodist Women’s Guild for the ensuing year:—President, Mrs Laycock; secretary. Mrs Morgan; treasurer, Mrs J. Gilmour; organists, Mrs M’Laclilan and Mrs C Watson; visitors, Mesdames M. Barnett. H. Dulieu and J. Christian ; purchasing committee, Mesdames Laycock, Gilmour, Morgan and Tobeck. The rest of the evening resolved into a social function. after which supper was provided by -the ladies.
