WEDDINGS.
DAVIDSON—BOSHER. A wedding was solemnised at St Saviour’s Church, Sydenham, recently. when Ivir, fourth daughter of Mr and Mrs G. Bosher, Christchurch, was married to Francis Forbes Davidson, fourth son of Mrs Davidson, and the late Mr John Davidson, of Cardiff, Wales. The Rev Canon Mutter performed the ceremony and Mrs Hoskin presided at tho organ. The bride, attired in a dainty frock of ivory georgette and silk lace, with a girdle of handsome silver flowers, was given away by her father. Her beautifully embroidered tuile veil was held in place by a coronet, of pearls and orange blossom. She carried a shower bouquet. The bridesmaid. Miss Vera Wormald, niece of the bride, was charmingly dressed in shrimp georgette. ca**v i: at the waist with silver tissue and shrimp flowers. Her hat was of silver grey cire straw and lace, with long silver
grey ribbon streamers. She carried bouquet to tone with her dress. The flower girl, little Daisy Worm aid, wore pale blue org&ndi, with hat to match. She carried a pretty basket of yellow chrysanthemums. Mr Simon Oaks carried out the duties of best man. The church was beautifully decorated by girl friends of the bride, a. feature being a large white floral bell hung over the porch. Mrs Bosher, mother of the bride, wore a smartly tailored navy braided costume, with black and white hat. and carried a bouquet of autumn tinted flowers. The guests were entertained at the Hastings Street Hall, where an enjoyable time was spent. Later Mr and Mrs Davidson left for tho north, the bride wearing a navy tailored costume, trimmed with rwatrakhaii and hat to match.
