DRAINAGE BOARD ELECTIONS.
RICCARTON & WOOLSTON SEATS CONTESTED.
The election of members of the Drainage Board for the Riccarton and Woolston sub-districts will take plaoo to-morrow, the polling hours being between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. Candidate® for the other distriots and sub-districts have been elected unopposed. The Riccarton candidate® are E. HS. Hamilton and the sitting member, S. A. Staples. The following will be the polling booths: — Marquee, corner Idris Road and "Wairarapa Road. St Paul’s Church Schoolroom, PapaSt Barnabas’s Church Schoolroom, Clyde and Fendalton Roads. Borough Council Chambers, Clarence Road. Riccarton Timber Co., Riccarton Road. Presbyterian Church Schoolroom, Puriri. Street. • Harper’s Store. Fendalton Road and Wairarapa Terrace. Motor Shed, corner Lincoln Road and Clarence Road. C. Hill, the sitting member, and D. Row sc have been nominated for the "W oolston seat. The ratepayers will vote at polling booths situated at the - Old Borough Council Chambers,. Ferry Road. St Peter’s Church Schoolroojn, Ferry and Aid-win’s Roads. Marquee, comer Ferry Road and Mackworth Street.
