BIG LEASEHOLD DEAL.

TATTERSALL’S HOTEL AND SHOPS. It i« reported that Mr Arthur Rose, licensee of Tattersall’s Hotel, in C’ashcl Street, lias purchased a twenty years' lease of the premises for approximately £20,000. The lease includes the hotel and two existing shops, to which a third shop frontage may he added, but the furniture is not included in the sum stated. The deal is said to represent the highest figure yet recorded in connection with the lease of hotel properties in the city.
