The vessel will leave Lyttelton on Thursday. The Cygnet returned laet night from Kaikoura. This evening she will be dispatched for Kaikoura, Nelson ami Motucka. The Wakatu is an expected arrival from Wellington via Kaikoura this evening. On discharging she will lay up for her annual overhauling. The Toes waa an arrival from the Chathams on Saturday morning. The vessel brought sheep and wool. She is expected to sail on the return trip on December 28. The Kaitangata from Auckland arrived on Saturday via Wellington. It is hoped to dispatch her this evening for Dunedin. The Whangape is due about December 30 irom Newcastle. The Kaitoke will be laid up at Port Chalmers for the holidays, and will later undergo her annual survey. The Port Elliot left Colon on December 16 en route for Auckland from New York. She is due at the northern port on January 7 and at Wellington a week later. The vessel has cargo ror Auckland, Wellington. Lyttelton and Dunedin. Later she loads for Home at Dunedin, Lyttelton. The Port Hacking, at present at Port Chalmers, will leave that port, on December 27 for Timaru. She will return to Port Chalmers on January 4 to load a large quantity of wool. Bhe is expected to sail from Wellington about January 18 for London via Montevideo.

The Port Kembla has been delayed by bad weather at Wanganui, rthe is to leave there* on December 2ft for New Plymouth, Lyttelton and Dunedin.

The Mahia is due a.t Wellington on December 26 from Auckland and at this port on January 1. The vessel, which is making Lyttelton her final port, is timed to sail from here for London via Montevideo and Teneriffe on January 3. The Trefusis was duo at Wellington, from Auckland yesterday. Bhe is expected hero about the end of next week with Montreal cargo for discharge. The Kaikoura has been delayed at Wei, lington on account of shortage of labour. The Hurnnui from Wellington arrived this morning. Sho will leave for Dunedin on Thursday. The Turakina arrived yesterday from the north to load wool for London. The Kent, which should have arrived from Wellington yesterday, was delayed by shortage of labour, and now is not expected until FHdp.y nest.

The Erroll is due from Wellington this morning to load wool for the United Kingdom and Continental ports. The Canadian Challenger from Wellington was p.n unexpected arrival yesterday. She will leave Lyttelton on Thursday for Dunedin.

The Rotorua is due at Wellington on January 10 from London and Southampton. She will discharge at Wellington and Lyttelton, and* will later load at Bluff. Dunedin and Wellington.
