AN ASHBURTON CASE. Pf.r Press Association. ASHBURTON, Decepiher 21. The County Council to-day expressed deep appreciation of the county engineer, Mr C. F. Dyer, in permitting twenty ounces of his blood to be transfused into the county clerk. Mr G. Kelly, Avhose life was in great danger. Mr Dyer’s sacrifice made an urgent operation possible, and Mr Kelly is now recovering^
