MINISTERIAL. The Hon W. Downie Stewart, Acting Minister of Finance and Minister ot Industries and Commerce, was a passenger for Dunedin this morning. Tomorrow he will attend the break-up of the Waitaki High School. He will leave Oamaru on Thursday for Christchurch. On Friday the Minister will proceed to Hokitika, where he is to open the Westland Exhibition on the following day.
