Mr S. G Raymond. K C ha? returned tc Christchurch after a three years' absence spent-ir. England and on the Continent Mi Raymond was formerly Crown Prosecutor in Christchurch, but late in 1919 he retired on account of ill-health. Soon after that he left for the Old Country, and there he spent his time in retirement. At present Mr Kavmond is staying at the Clarendon Hotel.
