NATIONAL RUGBY BOARD.

TO THE EDITOR. Sir,—A London cablegram states that ‘• Sporting life ” advocates the formation of a Rugby Board to comprise one representative of each of the Home unions.’ and one each for Australia, South Africa and New Zealand. I hope that more will be heard of this proposal, and that the Dominion authorities will give it full support. Coordination in the control of the game J is badly needed, and tours are sure to be marked by disputes over rulings and interpretations until we can get that co-ordination, .lust now. for instance, there is the wing-forward business and the quest ion of travelling expenses, both subjects on which finality should be reached. We ought to know where we stand before the All Blacks ,20 Home next rear. —l am, etc.. ONLOOKER.
