A BOMB EXPLODES. By TelecrapTi—Press Association— Copyright Reuter's Telegrams. (Received October < 26,. 1 p.m.) DELHI. October 25. Lahore reports that a tragedy occurred near Hosbiarpur through a bomb explosion. According to a message from the Deputy Commissioner for Hosbiarpur, Mr Horton, the superintendent, accompanied by Mr Jenkyn. assistant superintendent of police, and a number of constables, arrested Dhanna Singh, a notorious Babar Akali leader, nine miles from Hoshiar pur. Singh had n sir.-chambered revolver loaded., and one bomb on his person. The bomb exploded., and Singh and live policemen were blown to death. Another constable is_ in a precarious condition. Messrs Norton and Jenkyn were both wounded. They were removed to headquarters hospital, where they were attended b\ a civil surgeon.
