VISIT TO REEFTON. Pfr Press Associatic.v. WESTPORT, October 23. Messrs W. K. M’Alpine and P. R. Climie, delegates from the Canterbury . Progress League, spent two days m Westport acquiring information relative to trade relations between Westport and Canterbury, and tc-night addressed tb6 Buller Progress League. They were given a very cordial welcome and thanked for the information they gave. Stress was laid upon the necessity for early completion of the Buller Gorge railway in order to have complete through railway traffic between Christchurch and Westport.
