ULSTER STANDS FAST.

NO SURRENDER OF TERRITORY. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. LONDON, October 13. Sir James Craig, Premier of Northern Ireland, speaking at Newtown Butler, said he would not assent, under any pressure, to appoint a person to sit on a Boundary Commission to discuss the border question. There was no border question, he added, and not one yard of their territory would be handed over to a foreign flag. Their enemies might trample over his grave before they stole a yard of it. Sir James Craig, speaking to the garrison at Fermanagh, said he had made arrangements, if they were attacked and required the assistance of the British Army, that they would get it. The great strength of Ulster lay in the fact that, no matter how the personnel of the British Government might change, Ulster would never be deprived of that assistance when required.
