The Economic Conference appointed a committee, comprising representatives of Britain. Dominions. Colonies and India to consider and report on the methods suggested by Air Bruce for assisting the marketing of Empiregrown agricultural produce, namely, subsidies, import licenses and stabilisation of prices. Sir P. Lloyd Graeme said that tne Government might be prepared to guarantee interest, and capital in respect tr the development of the schemes in the Colonies as distinct from the Dominions.
