COMMITTED FOR SENTENCE.
Per, Press Association . AUCKLAND. October 11. F.dward Bourne, aged forty, was committed for sentence to-day on three charges of forging and uttering cheques for £222 18s lOd in the name of bis employer, John Buchanan, bookseller. Accused stated that he had got behind in payments on his house and took the money to enable him to keep up payments.
