COOK ISLANDS.
A MINISTERIAL VISIT. (Pep. Press Association.) WELLINGTON, May 10. Sir Maui Pomare. Minister in charge of the Cook Islands Department, and Mr J. D. Gray. Secretary of the Department, will sail for Rarotonga on official business by the steamer Maunganui on May 22. Owing to the limited time at his disposal. the Minister will spend onlv .six days at Rarotonga, returning to Wellington by the mail steamer Tahiti, which is due on .Tune 9. It is now some years since x tlie Minister paid his last visit to the group, and there are many matters requiring his personal attention there.
