Jligwood (Ouruhia) D. Binnie and J. Hartley 'Waimairi), W. Memo (Kaiapoi), and a transfer to D. I ennox to Hornby were approved. The Match Committee was thanked for postponing the fixtures owing to the bad weather. The Woolston Club delegate applied for a ruling on the question of which team should provide the footballs when two clubs met on a neutral ground. The chairman stated that the rule was that the club rimed first in each instance was responsible. Messrs E. Healey. W. S. E. Moyle and W.
