RUGBY IN SCHOOLS.
OPEN COMPETITION URGED (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, May 4. The New Zealand Rugby Union has passed a resolution urging that school competitions should he open to all primary schools, and that there should be no restriction** other than the limitation of weight and age. The union trusts that all affiliated unions, and those controlling such competitions will aim towards this end*
