THREE BOATS SAFE. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Australian and N.Z. Qable Association. (Received April 28, 2.10 p.m.) CAPE TOWN. April 27. Three boats of the wrecked liner Mossamedes have reached Fort Alexandre, between Cape Frio and Port Mossamedes. The number of survivors is unknown. The liner carried; ten boats.
