MINE OWNERS’ CONDITIONS

It is officially stated that the coal owners have decided that the chief conditions which the miners must guarantee to observe, prior to a resumption of work, are the stoppage of strikes, and managers to have the right to select the men required, and to dismiss men without beincr questioned.
