♦ A MOTHER AND HER SONS. His Honor Mr Justice Adams held a f itting of the Supreme Court in banco to-day. John Brocker, labourer. Christchurch, and the Rev F. Rule, superintendent of the Presbyterian Social Service Association, applied for an order directing Annie M. Brocker, boot machinist, Auckland, wife of J. Brocker. to return her two sons to the Presbyterian Boys’ Home, Christchurch. The two boys, one 11 tears of age. the other 14, were admitted to the Lome in 1917. In the following year the father obtained, a divorce from his wife. The boys stayed in the home until January 17 last. All the boys iu the home then were in camp at New Brighton. The- mother went to New Brighton and took her boys to Auckland. In t-heir own interests, they should be returned to the home. An order was made as applied for. and Mr W. -T. Hunter, with him Mr W. F. Tracey, appeared for plaintiffs.
