“COCAINE KING.”

DRUGS IN WINDOW-FRAME. LONDON. April 2. Detectives working against the drug traffic, says the correspondent of the ” Weekly Dispatch ” at Paris, arrested Raoul Dignon, the “cocaine king,” an habitue of Montmartre, where the police had sought him for several weeks. The detectives saw him hand a ballet girl a packet of cocaine. They searched Dignon’s flat, while he looked on amused and smiling. Suddenly a detective forced the win-dow-frame and revealed a great quantity of cocaine and heroin.
