The Federal Labour Executive decided that it had power to intervene in the Labour dispute, and heard cases stated bv the Dooley and M’Girr factions, and the State Executive. The State Executive and the M'Girr supporters denied the right of the Federal body to intervene, and presented their case* unofficially.
