EARLY MORNING 'QUAKE. (Pra* Prms Association-.) WELLINGTON, April 13. A prolonged earthquake shock was felt at about 3.25 this morning. No damage has been reported. SHOCK. IN CHRISTCHURCH. An earthquake shock lasting twenty seconds began in Christchurch at 3.28 a m. to-day.
