LABOUR PARTY LEADER ANNOYED. MELEE IN THE COMMONS. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Received April 13, 9.30 a.m.) LONDON, April 12. He made it clear that his continuance of the leadership depended upon the party conducting itself in a constitutional way.
