WEDDING.

SLOAN AITTCHELL. On Wednesday, April 4, a quiet bift pretty wedding was celebrated in the Church of the Sacred Heart, Addington, when Eileen Annie, eldest daughter of Air and Airs AY. H. Alitchell, of Addington, was married to Francis Leo, youngest son of Mrs Ellen a-ncl J the late Patrick Sloan, ol Addington. | The Rev Father O’Connor officiated. The church was prettily decorated J with flowers by friends of the bride. ! During the ceremony, Aliss Dolly j Quinn sang tlxe solo ‘‘ Ave Alarm, j Aliss Elizabeth Youngman, a. cousin of • the bride, officiated at the organ and played the Wedding Alarch.” The bride, who entered .the church on the arm of her father, looked charming in a frock of cream souple satin with, sleeves and side panels of radium lace, the waist line being finished with hand made (lowers. The veil, which was beautilullj handworked with spray* of flowers, was worn in mob cap style with a circlet of orange blossoms. She carried a shower bouquet of roses and hot house flowers. Aliss Kathleen Crowe attended as bridesmaid. She wore a dainty frock of lemon satin and an-overdress of lemon radium lace with bouquet to match. Mr Joseph Sloan, brother of the bridegroom. was best man. After the ceremony the bride’s par ents entertained the guests at their residence. Later Mr and Airs F. L. Sloan left for the south, the bride wearing a \smart nigger brown costume, with shoes and hat to match and a beautiful fur wrapper.
