Tn accordance with his own wishes the late Lord Biddulph’s body was carried to the family vault in. the vil-« lago of Donnington, in one of Lord biddulph’s farm carts painted bright jed and yellow and decorated with evergreens. The coffin was made from timbers grown on his estate. Lord Biddulph, who was born in j 1834, was a partner in the banking ! firm of Cocks. Iliddulph and Co. He ! was twice married. He was the lAb- j oral representative of Herefordshire in j the House of Commons- from 1865 to j 1885, and of South Herefordshire in 1 1885-6; and thy Liberal Unionist vepre- | tentative of the Ross Division of Here- j tordshir© from 1886 to 1900. He was i created a baron in 1903. During his j period of thirty-five years as member | of the House of Commons, li.e spoke j only twice.
