I he Strasbourg correspondent of the- ■ D.ily Mail ” reports that the French occupation of the Benz factories n Mannheim led to the discovery of a 20,000 h.p. Diesel engine intended for a submarine. A number of others have been found, which have been constructed in defiance of the treaty.
