INCENDIARISM CHARGE.
YOUNG MAN ACQUITTED. (Fiat Press Association.) AUCKLAND, April A young man. William Frederick Braithw aite. who had previously plead eel not guilty to incendiarism‘in con neetion with a fire at the Avondale school, was acquitted at the Police Court. The Magistrate said the statemerits made by the other two wl, pleaded guilty when they were first interviewed by the police had since beer altered in favour of the accused Both now said he was not present when thschool was set on fire.
