SHOULD BE SEPARATE FROM VERSAILLES TREATY.

The Conference adopted a resolution that the Covenant of the League of Nations should be entirely separated from the Versailles Treaty, and that the League should be empowered to seek a da novo settlement of war problems. It was also resolved that the Labour Party should relentlessly press forward for a capital levy.
