At. the annual Arabcrley Ewe Fair tocompared 6 rrith Ss.SOO last year. ' There was a very large attendance of flockuv>ntcT UM.m., *when about 14,000 sheep bad been disposed of, the sale had maintained a brisk tone, although two-tootli ewes were rather hard to sell at prices at least 5s per head below those obtained at the Hawarden Sale last week for the same quality sheep. Four-year-old ewes were in demand, but those in good condition showing breeding and quality were 2s 6d to 3s per head below Hawarden prices. The highest price obtained for two-tooth b up to about half time wa.s 42s per head, and for four-year-olds 38s 3d.
