Judgment was given for the plaintiff for £53 2s 7cl in the case heard at the Magistrate’s Court yesterday, in which Ada Reeves, of 155, Radley Street, Woolfl-ton, sued David Chisholm, farmer, of Sydenham, claiming £BB 19s. 7d for board and lodgings supplied to defendant and his two sons and for storage of furniture. The defendant claimed from the plaintiff £JS 15s (3d, the value of furniture detained by the plaintiff, in default a return <>l the furl'iture and £25 damages for its .retention. ()n the counter-elaim judgment was given for Chisholm for the return of certain goods.
