M’lr.Losh, against Herbert Henry Cock, land agent, Christchurch, and Donald M’lntosh, fanner of Tnhiknrarnoa. Auckland, lor the sum of £11.(50 lls (.id, damages for breach of covonnm under a lease, was continued in the Supreme Court to-day before hi,* Honor Mr Justice Adams and a jury of twelve. The action arose out of the lease of a farm of 233 acres at Springston by the late William G. M’lntosli to Cook and Donald M’Tntosh as partners. Cook counter-claimed for £()(•-" 18s. Mr (>. T. J.
