Air Philip Snowden. .Labour member for Colne Valley, gave notice in the House of Commons of a motion that the Government, at the earliest possible moment, use its influence to summon an international conference, - o which all States inside and outside the League of Nations should be invited, with a view to considering the extension of the principles of the Washington Naval Treaty to all non-signatories.
