France will soon have nearly 1,000,000 men under arms. The Cabinet’s decision regarding the 1921 class means an addition ot over 200,000 to the existing army of 736,261 The army will be larger than the combined armies of Britain, Germany, Italy and Belgium. Germany has 100,000. Belgium 118,000, Britain 224.000 and .Italy 210.000. A previous message stated that the Cabinet had decided that the 1921 class, which is due for release in a few weeks, are to remain with the colours until May 31
