HIS FIRST LONG TROUSERS.

Usually it is a family affair ; there is the boy to please; mother wants to have something to say, and dad wants to get a word in too. You men who read this know what an important moment it was in your life when you wore your first long trousers. Nearly as much excitement over getting the first long trouser suit as getting the meal ready for sister’s new beau. There is Lhe whole fanalyte please—the boy thinking of what the “ fellows will say,’-’ the mother reluctant to lose the “ boy ” in him, and father very proud to see him a “real man.” Some months ago Mr J. R. Prisk, the tailor, 639, Colombo Street, created a special department for Boys’ Suits which by the Prisque system are tailormade just exactly like men’s suits with the best of linings and fittings, but costing practically only the same price as a slop-made suit.
