OWNERSHIP OF A RACEHORSE. (Pir Press Association. - ) AUCKLAND. January 11. As a result of evidence given in a Supreme Court, notion to determine the ownership of the racehorse Penniless, which was decided in favour of T. A. C. Fleming, the judicial committee of the Takapuna Jockey Club found that the entry of the horse in the Ponui "Hurdle Handicap and Stanley Hurdle Handicap at the November meeting was wrongfully made, therefore awarded the Ponui Hurdles to IVhnrepoa first.
