FRENCH LEAFLETS. BERLIN. January 10. French aeroplanes dropped leaflets over Essen on Wednesday, calling upon the population to keep quiet, and adding: “Persons stopping work will he deported, and persons preventing work being carried on. will be subject to the deaj-h penalty.’
