FOREIGNERS UNWANTED.
OPPRESSION IN GERMANY. By Telegraph.—Press Association—Copyright Australian and N.Z. Cable. Association. (Received December 19. 9 a.m.) BERLIN, December 18. The Prussian Ministry for the Interior has issued an order that all foreigners renting dwellings without permits from the Housing Bureaux shall be summarily expelled as undesirables. The Federal Labour Ministry lias prepared a decree forbidding the entry of foreign workers, in order to prevent competition. The Bavarian police are now collecting an illegal anti-Treaty tax on foreigners by threatening the imprisonment of these refusing to pay.
