Daisy Wright, who was sentenced to death for throwing her child into the Thames, lias been reprieved. A previous message stated that Mr Justice Shearman had sentenced iwc more women to death, creating a judicial record. The jury strongly leoommended both to mercy. Both were removed in a fainting condition. The first woman was found guilty of throwing a child from the Tow*** Bridge, and tlie second of the murder of a woman who was alleged to haver intrigued with her husband.
