RIFLE SHOOTING.
A match was fired at Kaiapoi on Saturday afternoon, between teams of the Christchurch Working Men's Club and the Kaiapoi Defence Rifle Club. .The conditions were: Teams of twelve men aside, the best ten scores to count, ten shots at 800 and 509 yards. The match resulted in a win for Kaiapoi by eleven points, tho scores being as follows (Kaiapoi team first):
