Both carried large bon- ! cpiots of pale pink and mauve sweel | | peas. The < 1 aintv little flower girl. ’ j Edith Parsons, wore pale pink taffetas I made in three tiers and heavily em S luoidered in pink aud .silver roses. >la j carried u silver crook tied with pink sweet peas and silver ribbon. The bridegroom was attended bv Mr- Albert Turner and Mr Roy Henderson, both of Christchurch. After the ceremony about seventy guests were entertained at the Bores ! lord. The guests were received by Airs ! Cooper, who wore a navy tailored costiime heavily braided, flowered toque, i marabout wrap and carried a mauve bouquet. Madame Helen Sands (sister of the bride) wore pale pink ninon, band-painted with clusters of rose:f smart nigger brown picture hat,, and | carried a bouquet of pink roses. Airs E. i Parsons (mother of the bridegroom) j wore a navy tailored costume and had jto match. The manv guests included : Mrs R. Sparrow and Airs A. Blake!v j <Waikari). Reade, Shaw, .Jones and Brewins (2). Mr and Airs Parsons later left for the south, the bride wearing a tailored, costume of goblin blue, chic hat of grey charmeuse, and lace and grey wrap.
