WAR EXPENSES.

The PWI iamonitary Commission of Inquiry into the war expenses has been carrying -out its duties in a desultorv fashion. Signor Mussolini lias issued a decree, demanding a definite report by December 31 Ho forbids the leakage of tile content> of the report before its presentation to Parliament. Members of the Commission are threatened with a fine of 50.000 lire, and penal prosecution, il they divulge the findings.
